Overview:
This event was organized and moderated by Professor Yaw Nyarko. Participation included high-level leaders from Ripple sharing insights on Blockchain and Web3 with students. Professor Nyarko moderated the event and discussed the application of blockchain technology in economic research for developing economies. The event was a collaboration between CTED, The Blockchain Collective at NYUAD, and Ripple. Ripple speakers included Lauren Weymouth, Head of University Partnerships; Reece Merrick, Customer Success; and Kunal Chaudhary, Partner Engineering. Ripple leaders shared perspectives on Blockchain and Web3, engaging with students on cutting-edge technologies. Professor Nyarko highlighted the use of blockchain in research addressing economic issues in developing economies.
