Overview:

The AERC’s 60th Biannual Research Workshop opened with a high-level plenary session in Nairobi, Kenya, focusing on youth, migration, and economic opportunities in African economies. Keynote speeches and presentations explored strategies for harnessing the demographic dividend, tackling youth unemployment, and promoting productivity in the informal sector. Professor Yaw Nyarko presented our research projects regarding technology and economic development in Africa, focusing on economic opportunities for the youth.
